If you haven't already, please download, print, and fill out the liability form.
All parents must print and sign a release form during morning drop off.
(We will have extra copies available at camp).
Liability forms MUST be signed by the camper's legal guardian.

Deposit Required
First session payment is required prior to student's first day at camp to confirm registration. Due to our insurance policy, we can not admit students into our classroom until we have received your payment.

Refund Policy
2019 Summer Camp:
Request a refund by April 30, 2019, to receive the total tuition minus a $25 processing fee per student cancelation. For requests after April 30th and at least three weeks prior to the first day of camp, you will receive a 75% refund of the total tuition paid per student cancelation, not including Early and Extended Care sessions. Sorry, no refunds within three weeks of the start of camp (May 23, 2016)

After School Program:
Request a refund up to one week before the beginning of the month purchased, to receive the total tuition minus a $25 processing fee per student cancellation. For cancellations during a month in progress, your account will be credited for the next month.
